Responsibilities

  • To perform professional spa and health treatments such as body treatments and massages
  • Maintain cleanliness of treatment room and ensure inventory is well stocked
  • Engage with customers maintaining friendly & exceptional customers relationship
  • Suggest and promote additional services and/or products
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Adhere by the strict hygiene standards and follow health & safety regulations
  • Follow rules and regulations set by the management

Requirements

  • Preferably with proven work experience as spa/massage therapist
  • Preferably with experience in a variety of massage techniques
  • Good communication skill and customer service oriented
  • Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude.
  • Well-groomed, hygienic and presentable at all times.
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibility

  • To provide professional treatments, consult, advise and recommend appropriate treatments and products to customers
  • Handle customers' enquiries and requests
  • To perform exceptional customers service possible
  • To provide follow up service towards customers
  • Build good rapport with customers and maximize sales opportunities
  • Good team player to achieve sales target
  • Responsible to achieve sales targets   
  • Follow up leads generated to making appointment
  • Ensuring customer loyalty

 

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in Sales / Healthcare / Beauty & Wellness
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • No experience needed and on job training provided
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service orientation
  • Responsible and positive attitude
  • Self Motivated, Initiative, Excellent Self-Discipline
  • Excellence communication skills, energetic and sales-oriented
  • Have own transport
  • Must be Computer Literate
